ROADS AND BRIDGES: Approve/disapprove agreement by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Rogers County and the City Council of Tulsa, Oklahoma, whereas, Rogers County agrees to furnish all surveying, investigations, and engineering for the improvement of two intersections within the City of Tulsa necessary for development of industrial property in the western portion of Rogers County, intersections are located at North Garnett and Apache and 145th East Avenue and Apache and approve/disapprove Guy Engineering Services, Inc., providing professional engineering services to improve the three intersections to serve DMI -

AGENDA ITEMS: Presentation by Yadon & Putnam of County Budget for 2007-2008; Discussion with possible action on approval of Publication Sheet, Rogers County, Oklahoma, Financial Statement of the various funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, and Estimate of Needs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, of the Governing Board of Rogers County, Oklahoma; Discussion with possible action on negotiating the price of INCOG dues in the amount of $31,217.00 for fiscal year 2007-2008 with an INCOG representative; Discussion with possible action on the 911 Contract/Resolution #2006-32 whereas it was established the percentages of distribution of certain Nine-One-Nine Wireless Emergency Telephone Service fees collected and held by Grand Gateway Economic Development Association be moved and changed over to INCOG for collection, so the county can address the difference in the collection of these funds; Discussion with possible action on removal of the tenant, N.L.
