Approve actual salary claims for pay period ending Nov. 17, 2007 in amount of $392,966.60 and estimated salary claims for next pay period in amount of $430,000

Accept state contract price from Hudiburg Chevrolet for one Chevrolet pickup in amount of $11,508 — Utility Department

Approve soliciting funds for a fire truck

Approve soliciting RFQ’s for HVAC units for Police Department

Approve soliciting RFP’s for City Hall floor resurfacing

Adopt Resolution approving the incurrence of indebtedness by the Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority (CIEDA) issuing its Lease Revenue Notes, Series 2008 (Northeast Technology Center Project) in an aggregate amount not to exceed $7,100,000; providing that the Trust Indenture, as amended, crating the Authority is subject to the provisions of the Note Indenture; authorizing the issuance of said Notes; waiving competitive bidding and approving the proceedings of the Authority pertaining to the sale of said Notes; and containing other provisions relating thereto

Approve contract agreement with Garver Engineers, LLC for water master plan evaluation in amount of $100,000

Discussion/potential action concerning abatement of property at 1632 West Blue Starr Drive; Huey and Bonnie Schultz

Approve 35-year Power Purchase contract with Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA)

Approve the following requirements concerning the CDBG Community Development project for Environmental Review Record for 12996 CDBG 07 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project:

•Designate the City’s Chief Executive Officer, the Mayor, as the certifying officer under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 to assume overall responsibility for the environmental review process

•Make a finding of Categorical Exclusion/Exempt from Release of Funds Publication on the Environment for the #12996 CDBG 07 Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Program

•Authorize the Mayor to sign the CDBG Certification of Leverage, Environmental Certification and Request for Release of Funds

•Approve an Antidisplacement Plan for the #12996 CDBG 07 Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Program

Discussion/potential action concerning request for INCOG Administrative Services Agreement fees (costs not to exceed $5,400) for 12996 CDBG 07 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Grant

ROADS AND BRIDGES: Discussion with possible action on acceptance of road Ω mile in length known as Cristal Lake Drive being located off of county road EW/530 road and east of county road NS/4170 road in District #3;

Approve/disapprove Programming Resolution for District #3 to be funded with 100% County Bridge and Road Improvement (CBRI) funds Force Account for an estimated construction cost of $134,000 to replace a 19 foot long steel beam culvert over a tributary to Bull Creek located on county road NS/4240 approximately 2.5 miles north of Wagoner County line and 1 mile west of Mayes County line with Guy Engineering Services, Inc. providing engineering services;

Approve/disapprove Programming Resolution for District #1 to be funded with 100% County Bridge and Road Improvement (CBRI) funds Force Account for an estimated construction cost of $150,000 to replace a 14 foot-26 foot steel beam bridge with a multi-span precast concrete bridge over Little Dog Creek on county road NS/422 (Sawyer Road) approximately 1.8 miles south of U.S. Highway 66 and 0.2 miles north of S.H. 28A, with engineering services to be determined;

TRANSFER OF FUNDS: General Highway travel to Officer's Mileage - $16,550.59; District #1 One Cent M&O; to Capital Outlay - $100,000.00 -

Discussion with possible action on request for Sheriff Jerry Prather to allow deputy Joe Horner who received 10 days of vacation on 10-1-07 and has moved from jail supervisor to deputy and cannot at this time take his vacation AND deputy Scott Barrows received 10 days of vacation on 11-1-07 and has been gone to Cleet School and unable to take his vacation at this time to carryover their vacation days to 2008;

Open & Award Bid #0472 ñ Metal Building at District #3;

Discussion with possible action on Board of County Commissioners requiring surveyors to receive a utility permit before they dig holes in the county roads for surveying purposes and possibly imposing a fine if proper procedures not followed;

Approve/disapprove County Clerk’s Cash Book & Summary Report to Rogers County Commissioners for November 2007
