AGENDA ITEMS: Hearing with discussion and possible action regarding Greenhill Properties, LLC's petition to withdraw lands from Limestone Fire Protection District certain lands partially described as all of Section 35 and 36 in Township 21 North, Range 14 East and all of Sections 1, 2 and 3 in Township 20 North, Range 14 East and portions of Sections 10, 11 and 12 in Township 20 North, Range 14 East and portions of Section 6, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M.;, more particularly described in Petition, which is available for copying and review in the Office of the Rogers County Clerk;

Discussion with possible action on Board of County Commissioner's setting a meeting date with elected officials for input/ideas concerning a policy/procedures employee handbook for Rogers County;

Discussion with possible action concerning Notice of Change in Payphone Service provided by A T & T and notice with possible action of obtaining a new service provider;

Discussion with possible action on request for Sheriff Jerry Prather to allow deputy Joe Horner who received 10 days of vacation on 10-1-07 and has moved from jail supervisor to deputy and cannot at this time take his vacation AND deputy Scott Barrows received 10 days of vacation on 11-1-07 and has been gone to Cleet School and unable to take his vacation at this time to carryover their vacation days to 2008;

Discussion with possible action on Board of County Commissioners requiring surveyors to receive a utility permit before they dig holes in the county roads for surveying purposes and possibly imposing a fine if proper procedures not followed;

Approve/disapprove County Clerk’s Cash Book & Summary Report to Rogers County Commissioners for November 2007
