Discussion and possible action regarding Approval/Disapproval of Resolution #2010-26, whereas, Resolution #2009-52 requested Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) to encumber $23,000.00 for Right-of-Way Acquisition and $79,000.00 for utility relocation; therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners of Rogers County, Oklahoma, do hereby request ODOT to transfer the $79,000.00 from Utility Relocation to Right-of-Way Acquisition for the County Highway Project STP-166C(210)CO, Job Piece 25427 in District #2 and ODOT Claim Form 324a – (D#2)

Discussion with possible action regarding Approval/Disapproval of Agreement made between the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) and Rogers County District #3 for State of Oklahoma, Department of Rehabilitation Services On-The-Job Training and the contract is to become effective July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, or the latest date of signature of both parties through June 30, 2011, whichever is the later – (D#3)

Discussion with possible action regarding Approval/Disapproval of Resolutions for Disposing of Equipment for District #3 as follows:  Acer Travelmate Laptop Computer, sn#LXTH30601D662500, to be junked because display is broken and Acer Aspire Laptop Computer, sn#LXAEB0J009630503, to be junked because hinge on display is broken – (D#3)
