Alicia A. McDoulett of Verdigris and Stillwater and Anthony Nees of Claremore and Stillwater were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 21, 2006 at The Chapel in the Woods in Tulsa. Kenny Gardner of Grace Worship Center officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Kathy and Earl McDoulett of Verdigris. She is the granddaughter of Mary and Harley Holt of Claremore.

Alicia is a 2003 graduate of Verdigris High School. She is currently in the nursing program at Northern Oklahoma College in Stillwater.

The groom is the son of Bonnie and Wally Walrath of Ft. Gibson, and Kathy and Don Nees Jr. of Tulsa. He is the grandson of Delores Foster of Claremore, and Charolette and John Cope of Claremore.

Anthony is a 2001 graduate of Claremore High School. He is employed at Mercury Marine in Stillwater.

The bride wore a princess-style gown featuring a long train and open back. A tiara and veil borrowed from her mother-in-law completed the look. Alicia carried a bouquet of pink gerbera daisies and orange roses.

Maid of Honor was Stephenie Hall, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Melanie Foster, friend of the bride, and Brittany Nees, sister of the groom.

Flower girl was Hannah McDoulett, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Hunter McDoulett, nephew of the bride.

Greg Spain, friend of the groom, served as Best Man. Groomsmen were Roger Nees and C.J. Oakley, brothers of the groom.

Earl McDoulett and Reggie Anderson served as ushers. Guestbook attendant was April McDoulett.

A cake at the reception was made of Charolette Cope, grandmother of the groom.

Following a honeymoon trip to Branson, Mo., the couple will reside in Stillwater until the bride graduates in May 2007. They plan to then move back to the Claremore area.
