Stephanie Robinson of Claremore and Stewart Stidham of Checotah will exchange wedding vows in September.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve and Pam Robinson of Claremore. Her grandparents are Bill and Laverne Dorsey and the late Charles and Bernice Robinson, all of Claremore.

Stephanie graduated from Claremore High School in the Class of 2001. She attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2005. Stephanie is a member of Chi Omega Sorority and competed in Miss Oklahoma as Miss Claremore, Miss Collinsville and Miss Tulsa. Stephanie now manages a bridal boutique, “She Said Yes,” in Rogers, Ark.

The groom is the son of Mike and Glenna Stidham of Checotah. His paternal grandparents are Don Stidham and Emmy Stidham, both of Checotah. Maternal grandparents are Frances and the late Joe Cope of Muskogee.

Stewart graduated from Checotah High School in 2000. He attended the University of Arkansas as well, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Economics. Stewart is currently employed by First Federal Bank as a lending officer. Stewart is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and an avid duck hunter.
