Pregnant cow found shot Northwest of Chelsea

CHELSEA — The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) received a call Thursday evening in reference to the shooting of a pregnant cow just outside of Chelsea. 

Deputy T. Hill arrived on scene to find the cow still alive and pregnant. The owner called a veterinarian, who was able to save the calf however the cow had to be put down.

Rogers County Investigator J. Garber is working the case.

No arrests have been made at this time.
