Indoor Pot-ted Plants - Local business owner busted for growing marijuana in their barn

CLAREMORE — The Rogers County Sheriff’s office and investigators from the Rogers County District Attorney’s office executed a search warrant on Oct. 17 for the home of Randy Gray, owner of the Flying F Ranchwear store, located at 1516 North Lynn Riggs Boulevard in Claremore.

Rogers County Deputy Jerry Smittle said RCSO received enough information on the suspects to obtain the search warrant.
During the investigation, deputies discovered a large amount of marijuana and paraphernalia inside the home.
Deputies also recovered an indoor marijuana grow operation hidden, as well as multiple firearms in a shed on the property.
Gray, 47, along with Michelle Fones, 30, and Anthony Stabler, 25, were taken into custody on scene.  Records indicate that both Gray and Fones have had previous drug charges and at the time of her arrest, Fones was out on bond for drug charges made earlier this year.
Stabler and Fones’ charges included, carrying firearms after conviction, cultivation of controlled substance, distribution of controlled substance, two counts for possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
Gray was charged with one count for possession of controlled substance.
Reports have been forwarded to the Rogers County District Attorney’s office for prosecution.
