Inola woman out on bond after being charged with lewd proposals to a minor

An Inola woman has posted bond following charges filed against her, including lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, indecent exposure and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
According to district court records, an arrest warrant was issued Jan. 3 for 33-year-old Ellen Pittser.
Pittser turned herself in to the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office Jan. 7 and posted a $32,500 bond that same day. According to a court affidavit, Pittser committed lewd acts with a 15-year-old and 17-year-old on Aug. 30 at her Inola residence and also provided alcoholic beverages to the 17-year-old during that time.
Pittser is accused of indecent exposure, lewd or indecent acts to child under 16, contributing to the delinquency of minors and lewd or indecent proposals to child under 16.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 12.
