Claremore man arrested for stabbing uncle in arm and leg

CLAREMORE — In the early morning of Saturday Nov. 3, police arrested a Claremore man after he stabbed his uncle in the arm and leg during a verbal argument turned into a physical fight at the 2500 block of Trailwood Drive.

The suspect was identified as 27-year-old Seth Dilldine of Claremore.
According to reports, the fight was between the suspect and his uncle Tommy Cutsinger who was later treated for stab wounds in the left arm and right leg at Hillcrest of Claremore.
Investigator Keith Heskett said Dilldine has been through the court system before and is currently under Department of Corrections (DOC) supervision with an ankle monitor. 
Charges inlcluded assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A court date is set for 10:30 a.m. on  Nov. 14 at 10:30 a.m.
Bail has been set at $25,000.
