The June 18, 2013, edition of The Claremore Daily Progress erroneously listed the case of “Thomas I. Nelson vs. Robbe Grider, conversion” under the Criminal Felony category of District Court cases published in the paper’s “For the Record” column.
It should have been listed as a civil case.
No criminal felony case was filed against any of the parties to the litigation.
The Daily Progress regrets the error, and apologizes to the parties to the lawsuit and our readers.
