City to pick up ice storm debris at no cost

Residents with broken tree limbs from the weekend ice storm will get a Christmas gift from the City of Claremore.
City officials announced Monday it will pick up broken debris caused by the three-quarters inch of ice at no cost to residents.
Claremore City Manager Jim Thomas said residents should drag any broken branches to the curb and they will be picked up through Jan. 3.
It doesn’t matter what size the limbs are, just as long as they are at the curb.
