The Foyil Cherokee Nation Elderly Nutrition site has moved to the Foyil Community Center, 3rd and Andy Payne Boulevard. They are open each Thursday for lunch (doors open 10 a.m.; lunch served at 11). Menu or information: Frankie Long, (918) 261-8101.
 
SATURDAY April 6
Rogers County Democratic County Convention, 10 a.m., Rogers County Building, 416 S. Brady. Election of new officers and delegates to the second district and state conventions for the next two years. Precinct officers will have voting credentials although everyone is invited and any Rogers County Democrat can be nominated/elected for these offices. Resolutions will also be drafted and taken to district level. 
Westside PTO Flashback Family Fun Night, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Silent and live auction, raffles, face painting, cake walk, scavenger hunt, soda pop toss and more.
 
SUNDAY April 7
5K/1 Mile Fun Run for Tanner, 3 p.m., Claremore Lake. Tanner was thrown from a horse in December 2012, causing him to lose a kidney and both legs below the knee. Questions/information: call or text Pam Chandler at (918) 232-6581 or e-mail tanerjourney10@hotmail.com.
