CLAREMORE — TUESDAY Aug. 7

Sequoyah Public Schools new student enrollment, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Bring social security card, immunization record, birth certificate, proof of residency and CDIB card if applicable. Open house will be Aug. 14, 6-7 p.m. for all grades. School begins Aug. 16.
Sen. Tom Coburn Town Hall Meeting, 2 p.m., Rogers State University’s Will Rogers Auditorium.
Claremore Museum of History Sneak Preview, 5-8 p.m., in conjunction with the Claremore Police Department’s National Night Out from 6-9 at Gazebo Park. Donations are welcome. Make checks payable to RCHS — Claremore Museum of History.
 
WEDNESDAY Aug. 8
Oologah Animal Shelter and Adoption Service (OASIS) hosts garage sale 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oologah Community Building. Proceeds to raise funds to build a shelter.
