RoCo Fit (Rogers County Fitness Training Program) informational meeting, 6:30 p.m., Claremore Community Center. Workouts for the free 12-week program for beginning and intermediate walkers and runners begin Tuesday, Sept. 18 at Claremore Lake. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Men’s Group Annual “All You Can East Shrimp Peel,” 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $5 for children 7-12, and under 7 eat free. Menu includes boiled shrimp, coleslaw, corn on the cob, boiled potatoes and ice cream. There will also be a bake sale. Proceeds are used to support outreach programs. Call (918) 341-0168 for tickets.
