The Foyil Cherokee Nation Elderly Nutrition site has moved to the Foyil Community Center, 3rd and Andy Payne Boulevard. They are open each Thursday for lunch (doors open 10 a.m.; lunch served at 11). Menu or information: Frankie Long, (918) 261-8101.
Three Rivers Artists meeting, 6:30 p.m., Rogers County Building, 416 S. Brady. Program will be a demonstration on “Fractured Art” techniques by Rae Partridge.
 
FRIDAY June 14
Rogers County Volunteers for Youth and the City of Claremore present “Splash, Snack, and Shark Attack Pool Party,” 6-9 p.m., Claremore Recreation Center. Ages 10-18 welcome. Free admission and the film “Finding Nemo” will be shown.
 
SATURDAY June 15

MONDAY June 17
Will Rogers Library Genealogy Volunteers are available each Monday from 3-7 p.m. to answer questions and assist with research.
Rogers County Master Gardeners Association hosts Tulsa Zoo Chief Horticulturist Jay Ross, 7 p.m., Rogers County Building, 416 S. Brady. Ross oversees all vegetation in the various enclosures at the zoo as well as a vegetable garden which grows supplemental food for the animals. Free to the public.
 
TUESDAY June 18
Marine Corps League meeting, 7 p.m., at the Meals on Wheels office, 715 McClellan St., behind the Episcopal Church on Seminole. League is open to all current and former Marines and FMF Corpsman.
 
THURSDAY June 27
OHCE Holiday Hills group meeting, 1 p.m., Rogers County Building. Lesson “Enjoying Fruits and Vegetables — All Month Long.” Prospective members welcome. Reservations: Margaret Culp, (918) 341-5735.
