Claremore Quarterback Club all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast, 7-10 a.m., Claremore High School cafeteria. Cost, $5. Tickets available from any CHS player, trainer, or in the coach’s office. QBC supports Claremore football for student athletes in the program from seventh through 12th grade.

MONDAY May 20

Rogers County Historical Society meeting, 7 p.m., Belvidere Mansion. A representative from the Gilcrease Museum will present “The Western Movement” in the U.S. Public is invited. Refreshments served.

Will Rogers Library Genealogy Volunteers are available each Monday from 3-7 p.m. to answer questions and assist with research.

House of Prayer hosts “Kingdom Rock” Vacation Bible School, 6-8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, at the church, six miles north of Claremore on Highway 66.

Tulsa World editorial cartoonist Bruce Plante will be speaker for Claremore Friends of the Library annual meeting, Will Rogers Memorial Museum. Evening starts at 6 p.m. with a short business session, followed by refreshments and the program. Public welcome. Door prize will be presented.

Marine Corps League meeting, 7 p.m., at the Meals on Wheels office, 715 McClellan Street, behind the Episcopal Church on Seminole. League is open to all current and former Marines and FMF Corpsman.

Rogers County Master Gardeners Association hosts Tulsa Zoo Chief Horticulturist Jay Ross 7 p.m. Rogers County Building, 416 S. Brady in Claremore. Ross oversees all vegetation in the various enclosures at the zoo as well as a vegetable garden which grows supplemental food for the animals. Free to the public.
