NOTICE FOR HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR ORDER APPROVING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINING HEIRS, APPROVAL OF FEES, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing is set on the report of the acts of BRIAN D. BARLOW as Personal Representative of the estate of BOBBIE G. BARLOW, and files his Final Account, Petition for Approval of Final Account, Determining of Heirs, for Distribution and Discharge of the Personal Representative.
The 16th day of June 2008, at the hour of 9:00 A.M. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the petition at the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where any person interested in said estate may appear and contest said petition by filing written opposition thereto.
