NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is given that on the 19 day of June, 2008, at 10:00 AM at the Sheriff’s Courtroom, 201 S. Cherokee, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma the Sheriff will offer for sale, and sell for cash at public Auction, to the highest and best bidder:

A tract of land situated in the N/2 of the NW/4 of Section 26, Township 24 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said N/2 of the NW/4 and 1215.91 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence N 89˚56’41” W for a distance of 129.05 feet and along said South line; thence N 17˚15’18” E for a distance of 256.26 feet; thence S68˚56’45” E for a distance of 145.80 feet and along an existing fence; thence S 23˚20’09”W for a distance of 209.62 feet and along an existing fence to the point of beginning together with a 1995 HMLEGE; VIN #HL2888AL; Title Number 723694249044,

The property has been appraised for $50,000.00, and will be sold for a sum that is not less than two-thirds thereof. Sale is to be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued in Case No. CJ-2008-84 in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, against the following defendants: Amanda Welch, or the unknown successors thereof; Tyrel Welch; R.F. Gaskill a/k/a Richard F. Gaskill and Shirley Gaskill, husband and wife.
