Published May 15, 2008 08:49 am - NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, MAY 15 & 22, 2008. NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS In accordance with Title 62, Oklahoma Statutes, 2001, Section 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 7 of Rogers County, Oklahoma, will receive sealed bids on the 27th day of May, 2008, at 12:00 o’clock Noon, at the Foyil School Board Conference Room, Foyil Public Schools, 4th and Pine Foyil, Oklahoma, for the sale of $100,000 of Building Bonds of said School District, which bonds will mature $25,000 annually in two years from their date, and $25,000 annually each year thereafter until paid. Said Bonds shall be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest rate of interest the Bonds shall bear, and agreeing to pay par and accrued interest for the Bonds. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a sum in cash or its equivalent equal to two percent of the amount of his bid. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids.
