No. CJ-2007-465 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF JOSEPH HENDERSON TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Deutsche Bank Trust Companies Americas f/k/a Bankers Trust Company, as Trustee for Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 1995-Q3, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 30th day of June, 2008, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lots 7 and 8, Block 8 of TALALA, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Plat thereof; for the sum of $31,501.24, with 14.00% interest per annum thereon, or as adjusted by the Note and Mortgage, from the 1st day of April, 2007, until paid; abstract expense and title exam in the sum of $650.00; late charges in the sum of $1,308.34; the further sum of a reasonable attorney’s fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
