All persons claiming beneficiary rights or pecuniary loss under Oklahoma Statute, Title 85§22, due to the death of ELMER ELVIN CARNE III., take notice that a hearing is set on JUNE 9, 2008, before the Honorable Judge BLANCHARD at the Workers’ Compensation court in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., at 440 South Houston, Suite 210, Tulsa, Oklahoma, at which time all claims will be considered. Failure to appear and assert any claims will be considered a bar to any claim.
