ALIAS NOTICE OF SHERIFF’ SALE

NOTICE IS GIVEN to Julie A. East and Spouse, if any; Nathan A. King and Amy E. King; Argent Mortgage Company, LLC; Providian National Bank that on June 19th, 2008, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee, of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK FOUR (4), THE VINTAGE AT VERDIGRIS, AN ADDITION TO ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF;

PROPERTY ADDRESS; 8170 SILVERADO ROAD, CLAREMORE, OK 74019

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $168,000.00.

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2007-476, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ4 is Plaintiff and JULIE A. EAST is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $154,374.08 together with interest at 8.3% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from April 1, 2007, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $475.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
