THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Rina L. Rimer
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by First Bank of Owasso and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before June 27, 2008, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section; thence S. 00˚23’27” W. along the East line of said SE 1/4 a distance of 1319.68 feet to the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section; thence N. 89˚41’17” W. along the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section a distance of 304.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence N. 54˚31’38” E. a distance of 58.86 feet to a point of curve to the left having a radius of 540.70 feet and a central angle of 25˚06’18”; thence Northeast along the arc a distance of 236.92 feet; thence N. 89˚41’17” W. a distance of 1001.42 feet to a point on the East right of way line of U.S. Highway 66; thence S. 20˚00’09” W. along said right of way line a distance of 223.04 feet to a point on the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 said Section, thence S. 89˚41’17” E. along said South line a distance of 872.59 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.6 acres, more or less;
for the sum of $568,736.76, with Six Percent (6.0%) interest per annum thereon from December 6, 2007, until paid; abstract expense of $235.00, with interest thereon, until paid; ad valorem taxes of $17,957.81, with interest thereon, until; paid; attorney’s fees of the greater of 15% of the amount due or the incurred attorney’s fee plus the costs of said suit and foreclosing said mortgage lien and your interest in the subject property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered, all of which you will take due notice.
