SOLICITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education, Independent School District No. 66I001, Claremore Public Schools, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, at the Administrative Offices, located at 310 N. Weenonah Ave. 74017, until 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time, on June 12, 2008, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials and installation for the:
Claremore Public Schools
Will Rogers Junior High Addition
And
2008 High School Classroom Addition
Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as wells as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
Copies of the General Conditions, Drawings and Specifications, and other bidding documents are on file in the above office and are open for public inspection.

Applications for General Conditions, Drawings and Specifications, etc. must be accompanied by a deposit of Two-Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00) per Project Set. The refund of this deposit must be claimed within seven (7) days from the time of opening bids.
Sub-Contractors are required to obtain plans and specifications from the Construction Manager and/or plan rooms or purchase sets from Gill Reprographics, Tulsa, at the cost of printing. This purchase is non-refundable.
A cashier’s check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Bid guarantees will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid it considers advantageous and to waive formalities and irregularities.
