IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ROGERS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estate of ARGIL WAYNE RYALS, a/k/a WAYNE A. RYALS, Deceased. No. PB-2008-10 NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT Notice is hereby given that Joann Marie Ryals, Personal Representative of the Estate of Argile Wayne Ryals, a/k/a Wayne A. Ryals, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the judge of said Court for the 11th day of August, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. in the County Courthouse of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said Final Report and Final Account should not be granted, the account should not be settled and allowed, said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
