Notice is given that on the 6 day of February, 2014, at 10:00 am, in the Main Lobby at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Lot Six (6) of STONE RIDGE, A subdivision in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, together with manufactured housing described as: 2002 Oakcreek, Serial Number 0C050214830AB.
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $90,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Alias Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2009-406, entitled Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff, vs. Tim C.
