THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 18 day of September, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for alias sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Twenty-eight (28) of TIMBER VIEW, a Subdivision in Section 34, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, being a re-plat of a portion of MEADOWRANCH V, a Subdivision in Section 34 and 35 of Township 21 North, Range 16 East, commonly known as 24687 S. Wells Ranch Road, Claremore, OK 74019, (the “Property”)
Alias sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Alias Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to said judgment reserving the right of Plaintiff to recall said execution by oral announcement and/or order of the Court, prior to the alias sale, said judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ 2011-785, entitled Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff, vs. Stuart E.
