NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 26 day of September, 2012, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., Formerly Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., d/b/a. Bank of Oklahoma, was Plaintiff and Mark A. Kallam and Kristen R. Kallam, Husband and Wife, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit
Lot 3 in Block 1 of ORCHARD HILL ESTATES SECOND, a Subdivision in Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.,
to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Mark A. Kallam and Kristen R. Kallam, Husband and Wife, et al., obtained and made in said Court on the 26th day of September, 2012, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $75,495.51, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 5.875% per annum from June 1, 2011, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $465.00 abstract expense and plus title examination fee; he will on the 27 day of November 2012, at 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Courtroom, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $104,000.00.
