Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 11h day of December, 2013, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., a National Banking Association d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma as Successor in Interest by Merger to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Charles W. Beck and Amanda L. Beck, Husband and Wife, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, as described on the attached
A part of the South 174 feet of the North 550 feet of the N/2 of the NE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 17, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, further described as follows: Beginning at a point 376 feet South of the NW/4 corner of said N/2 of the NE/4 of the SE/4; thence South 174 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said N/2 of NE/4 of SE/4 150 feet; thence North 174 feet; thence West parallel to the North line of said N/2 of NE/4 of SE/4 150 feet to the point of beginning.
to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Charles W. Beck and Amanda L. Beck, Husband and Wife, et al., obtained and made in said Court on the 11th day of December, 2013, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $127,734.37, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 5.25% per annum from November 1, 2012, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $440.00 abstract expense, plus $487.34 escrow deficiency; and plus title examination fee; he will on the 28 day of January, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Court Room, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $140,000.00.
