You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2013-454, styled "Bank of the Lakes, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Robert L. Taylor and Vikki M. Taylor.”
The action seeks to foreclose mortgages granted by Robert L. Taylor and Vikki M. Taylor in favor of Plaintiff against the following real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma:
The Easterly 50 Feet in Lot 2 in Block 160 and the Westerly 50 Feet in Lot 3, in Block 160, of the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Plat thereof.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition by the Plaintiff on or before the 13th day of February, 2014, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment entered thereon foreclosing the mortgages as prayed for in Plaintiff's Petition. In such event, your interest in the property will be foreclosed and you will be adjudged and decreed to have no right or interest, in and to said real property and a decree foreclosing Plaintiff's mortgages in said real property will be entered.
