Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-OP1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and Joey K. Shaddix and Glenda L. Shaddix is/are Defendants to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $95,951.62 together with interest at 8.45% per annum from February 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $250.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
