NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS GIVEN to Joey K. Shaddix; Glenda L. Shaddix; John Doe, Occupant; Homeward Residential, Inc. f/k/a American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. successor by merger to Option One Mortgage Corporation; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Main Street Acquisition Corp.; Midland Funding, LLC: Tulsa Adjustment Bureau, Inc. that on April 25, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $95,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-611, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-OP1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and Joey K. Shaddix and Glenda L. Shaddix is/are Defendants to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $95,951.62 together with interest at 8.45% per annum from February 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $250.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
