Notice is given that on the 25 day of April, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. The following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit: the East 585 feet of the North 74 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $75,000.00.
