NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS GIVEN to Daniel A. Williams; Julie A. Williams; John Doe, Occupant; Midland Funding, LLC that on May 2, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

THE SOUTH 115 FEET OF THE NORTH 450 FEET OF THE EAST 220 FEET OF LOT 8 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 17 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 31102 S. 4210 Road, Inola, OK 74036

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $10,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-310, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation dba PHH Mortgage Services is Plaintiff and Daniel A. Williams and Julie A. Williams is/are Defendants to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $38,963.34 together with interest at 6.875% per annum from November 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $365.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
