NOTICE IS GIVEN to Steven Franklin Hudson; Patricia Anne Hudson; John Doe, Occupant; Vincent P. Rasmussen; Spouse, if any, of Vincent P. Rasmussen; Lynne A. Rasmussen; Spouse, if any, of Lynne A Rasmussen; State of Oklahoma ex rel Department of Human Services/Child Support Enforcement; Cassyln J. Ridge that on October 17, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $123,000.00.

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-222, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is Plaintiff and Seven Franklin Hudson and Patricia Anne Hudson is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $139,831.93 together with interest at 5% per annum from September 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
