NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION FOR AND ORDER OF CUSTODY AND VISITATION

To: Destiny N. Howerton

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Jeffery W. Rhodes, Respondent, has filed his Motion for and Order of Custody and Visitation in the District Court of Rogers County.

A hearing on said Motion is scheduled for the 26th day of August, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in room number VI of the Rogers County District Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd, Claremore, Oklahoma.   Said Motion alleges that there has been a substantial changes of conditions, and that it is in the best interests of the minor child that the Respondent be awarded joint legal custody with equal access and time with the minor child, L. C. R., dob 07/18/06.

YOU ARE THEREFORE NOTIFIED THAT THE COURT WILL HEAR EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF AND IN OPPOSITION TO THE GRANTING OF THE MOTION FOR AND ORDER OF CUSTODY AND VISITATION AT THE TIME AND PLACE SHOWN ABOVE WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT SUCH TIME AND PLACE INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO SAID MOTION.  YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT SAID HEARING SHALL CONSTITUTE A DENIAL OF YOUR INTEREST AND ALLOW THE COURT TO ENTER A DEFAULT ORDER MODIFYING CUSTODY OF THE MINOR CHILD.
