NOTICE IS GIVEN to Jeff A. Dorsey; Teresa D. Dorsey; Spouse, if any, of Jeff A. Dorsey; Spouse, if any, of Teresa D. Dorsey; John Doe, Occupant; Bill R. Scarth; Scarth & Rahmeier that on September 12, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT TWENTY (20), BLOCK THREE (3), BLACKBERRY RIDGE, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $190,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in case No. CJ-2012-244, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is Plaintiff and Jeff A. Dorsey and Teresa D. Dorsey is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $191,687.44 together with interest at 0% per annum from September 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $630.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
