STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: KRISTOPHER JOHN DAVIS and SHAWNA MICHELLE DAVIS and to all other persons claiming a lien or any interest in the property; and, to the Public.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BANCFIRST, Successor by merger to 1ST BANK OKLAHOMA, Plaintiff herein, has filed in this Court its Motion to Confirm Sale of the following described property located in Rogers County, Oklahoma
The West 300 feet of the South 175.37 feet of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 16, Township 23 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof;
Property Address: 9931 North 4210 Road, Chelsea, OK 74016;
which property was sold by the Sheriff, after due and proper notice, to BANCFIRST, Successor by merger to 1ST BANK OKLAHOMA, for the sum of $13,334.00, on the 29th day of January, 2013; and the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 20th day of February, 2013 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interest in said sale are hereby notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said sale should not be confirmed.
