GREETINGS:

Said Defendants are hereby notified that they have been sued in Case No. CV-2013-31 in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, styled Johnny L .Dodson and Linda K. Dodson, as Trustees of the Johnny L. Dodson and Linda K. Dodson Living Trust, Dated August 25, 1994, Plaintiffs, -vs- Edmond Tincup, a Cherokee Indian, Roll No. 6236, -and- Jack E. Gordon -and- Janelle S. Gordon -and- or the unknown successors or assigns if any, of any party above mentioned, or if any party above mentioned is dead, the known and unknown, heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, successors, or assigns, if any, of any such party; -and- CompSourse Oklahoma, -and- City of Claremore, Oklahoma, Defendants, and that said Defendants must answer the Petition herein on or before the 20 day of May, 2013 or the allegations of said Petition will betaken as true, and a judgment will be entered quieting the title in Plaintiffs as prayed for in their Petition and excluding Defendants from any claim in the following described real property, to wit:

The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE/4 SE/4) and The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-four (24) Township Twenty-two (22) North Range Seventeen (17) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma;

LESS AND EXCEPT the surface of that part of the NE/4 of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 17 East in Rogers County, Oklahoma, described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said NE 1/4, 981.8 feet East of the Southwest corner of said NE 1/4, thence N. 36˚51’E. a distance of 2532.6 feet, thence S. 53˚09’ E. a distance of 208.2 feet to a point on the East line of said NE 1/4 , thence North along said East line a distance of 725.8 feet to the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 , thence West along the North line of said NE 1/4  a distance of 93.0 feet, thence S. 36˚51’ W. a distance of 1124.2 feet, thence N. 83˚09’ W a distance of 525 feet, thence S. 36˚51’W. a distance of 185.6 feet, thence S. 83˚09’E. a distance of 496.1 feet, thence S. 36˚51’ W. a distance of 1976.2 feet to a point on the South line of said NE 1/4 , thence East along said South line a distance of 406.3 feet to point of beginning; such being the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority Will Rogers Turnpike.

LESS AND EXCEPT an Undivided one-half interest in and to all of the oil, petroleum, gas coal, asphalt and other minerals of every kind or character in and under and that may be produced, in and to the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE/4 SE/4) of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, which was previously reserved in a deed recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Rogers County, Oklahoma on 04/15/1946 at book 264 page 443.

LESS AND EXCEPT an Undivided one-quarter of all oil, gas, and other minerals and mineral rights in and to East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) and the East Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 W/2 NE/4) of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, which was previously reserved in a deed recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Rogers County, Oklahoma on 11/16/1943 at book 246 page 584
