NOTICE IS GIVEN to Melinda Renee Kennedy; Spouse, if any of Melinda Renee Kennedy; Marsha L. Harlan, Esq.; Bank of America, N.A.; John Doe, Occupant; County Treasurer and Board of County Commissioners that on August 1, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT NINE (9), BLOCK FOUR (4), OF DAVIS KATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA..

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $44,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-38, where in Everbank is Plaintiff and Melinda Renee Kennedy is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $40,915.83 together with interest at 4% per annum from June 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
