AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN BLOCK 39 OF THE BAYLESS ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF CLAREMORE OKLAHOMA AND BEING A PART OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, FROM RS-3 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT) TO RD (RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX DISTRICT) AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the zoning designation and/or classification of the following described real property located within the City of Claremore, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12, 17, and 18 of Block 39 of Bayless Addition a subdivision in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma (1315 W. Brooks & 1328 Dupont)
is hereby changed from RS-3 (Residential Single-Family High Density District) to RD (Residential Duplex District).
Section 2. The City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of the City of Claremore to reflect the above.
