NOTICE IS GIVEN to Stacey Conrad; Michael Conrad; John Doc, Occupant; Joseph Raciti; The Chase Manhattan Bank as Trustee for CSFB ABS Trust Series 2001-HE8 that on August 1, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT 22 IN BLOCK 2 OF SOUTH POINTE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $116,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-633, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is Plaintiff and Stacey Conrad and Michael Conrad is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $110,871.06 together with interest at 5.25% per annum from March 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
