Notice is hereby given that on the 14 day of May, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
The West Half ((W/2) of Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Southeast Quarter (SE/4), less and except the East 165 feet of the North 208 feet thereof, in Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Seventeen (17) East of the I.B.&M., in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, commonly known as 12204 S. 4210 Road, Claremore, OK 74017 (the “Property”)
Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to said judgment reserving the right of Plaintiff to recall said execution by oral announcement and/or order of the Court, prior to the sale, said judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ 2012-484, entitled JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff, vs. Justin T.
