CLAREMORE —

That Plaintiff Tanayia I. Hubler, is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof.  The Plaintiff is asking that the title of owner of said property be quieted as against the Defendants in this proceeding.

That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 8th day of May, 2013, or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing Tanayia I. Hubler to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title, or interest therein and quieting the title to said real property.
