TAKE NOTICE that a Petition and Motion for Temporary Injunction has been filed against you in the District Court, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2013-109. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Vivian Williams, whose whereabouts are unknown. The nature of this suit against you is an action alleging that the Defendant has breached a financial agreement with the Plaintiff.
Unless you answer the Petition and Motion for Temporary Injunction, on or before the 7th day of May, 2013, judgment will be taken in favor of the Plaintiff, Lyons Law Firm, Christopher B. Lyons & Assoc., PC, and against you for a judgment.
