LINDA D. MAYFIELD; JAMES L. MAYFIELD, IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THEIR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS; TRANSMARK HOMES INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, entitled American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff v. Linda D. Mayfield and James L. Mayfield, et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the De Novo Petition of said Plaintiff on or before the 26th day of May, 2013, or the allegations of said De Novo Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the Note and Mortgage which are the subject of said suit in the amount of $174,582.64 with interest, attorney fees and all costs and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said Mortgage, barring our interest in the following described real property:

The South Half of the South Half (S/2 S/2) of the West 22.8 acres of Lot Four (4) less the West 550 feet thereof, in Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof a/k/a The South Half of the South Half (S/2 S/2) of the West 22.78 acres of Lot Four (4) less the West 550 feet thereof, in Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof,**Together with all improvements constructed upon, affixed to or located upon the above-described real property, including without limitation, any residential dwelling located thereon, which dwelling is or may be a manufactured home, which manufactured home shall be conclusively deemed to be real estate – 1980 Nuway, Delwide model, VIN#180478S10033AB** commonly known as 19407 East 126th Street North, Collinsville, OK 74021 (the “Property”)
