PROCLAMATION AND NOTICE OF ELECTION

(Continued)

CLAREMORE —

The ballots used at said election shall set out the propositions as above set forth and shall also contain, with respect to each proposition, the following words:

The polls shall be opened at seven o’clock A.M. and remain open continuously until and be closed at seven o’clock P.M.

The number and location of the polling places and the names of the persons who shall conduct said election shall be designated by the County Election Board(s). Such officers shall also act as counters.

The specific projects for which at least eighty-five percent (85%) of the proceeds of the aforesaid Bonds shall be expended and the dollar amounts for each project shall be as follows:

PROPOSITION NO. 1

to acquire and install technology equipment

throughout the district     $2,005,000.00

SERIES II

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Helen Paul Learning Center to include, but not be limited to: playground equipment, fencing, concrete, and site

improvements      $290,000.00

SERIES III

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at J.W. Sam Elementary School to include, but not be limited to: canopies, site improvements, concrete, metals, steel, roofing, demolition, masonry, millwork, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, drywall and ceilings, flooring, paint, toilet partitions and accessories, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical

      $370,000.00

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Cherokee Elementary School to include, but not be limited to: paint and lighting

        $185,000.00

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements throughout the district to include, but not be limited to:  athletic equipment, band equipment, textbooks, senior panels, and security

cameras     $650,000.00

 Subtotal: Series III                  $1,205,000.00

 

SERIES IV

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements throughout the district to include, but not be limited to: furniture, HVAC equipment, and maintenance/repairs

      $2,010,000.00

Construct, furnish, equip, and/or acquire improvements at Twist Center to include, but not be limited to: general requirements, demolition, masonry, insulation, millwork, glass and glazing, sealants and caulking, doors and hardware, drywall and ceilings, flooring, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, signage, and fire
