NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 12 day of December, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Main Lobby at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of land containing a part of the NW/4 of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 18 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, said tract being further described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said NW/4; thence S 00˚10’13” E along the East line thereof, a distance of 1759.43 feet; thence N 83˚52’28” W a distance of 609.17 feet; thence N 00˚10’13” W a distance of 1694.93 feet to the North line of said NW/4 thence S 89˚57’10” E a distance of 605.50 feet to the point of beginning;
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $150,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-356, entitled Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff, vs. James R. Pilant, Shari Swearengin-Pilant and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Pro Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
