Notice is hereby given that on the 10 day of December, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Sixteen (16) East of the Indian Meridian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner (NE/C) of Lot One (1) of MEADOWRANCH VII, thence South 00 degrees 01’22” East along the East border of MEADOWRANCH VII a distance of 234.19 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 84 degrees 24’55” East a distance of 133.59 feet to a point on the estate Highway 88 right-of-way, thence South 30 degrees 05’21” East a distance of 155.28 feet on State Highway right-of-way to a point, thence South 82 degrees 15’33” West, a distance of 212.62 feet to a point on the East line of MEADOWRANCH VII; thence North 00 degrees 01’22” West, a distance of 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, commonly known as 24820 South Highway 88, Claremore, OK 74019 (the “Property”)
