NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of DANIEL JAMES KEPLER, Deceased, that on the 11 day of March, 2013, there was filed in the Court the Petition of Gina Kepler, Personal Representative, the First and Final Account, Petition for Decree of Distribution, and Discharge of Personal Representative.

Notice is given that on the 8th day of April, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., the Petition will be heard in Room V of the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 S. Missouri Avenue, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear.

Witness, the undersigned Judge of the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, this 11th day of March, 2013.
